It is the responsibility of all customers to have read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing Slim Bodyline (referred to as SBL throughout this document) products, services and packages, SBL assumes that our customers have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

  1. Receipts
    Please take your receipt.
  2. Credit/Debit Card transactions
    Where transactions are less than £10 a £0.50p transaction fee will be charged.
  3. Prices
    All prices reflected on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£). All information reflected on this website are correct at the time of publish. SBL reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw any items, prices or offers without prior notice.
  4. Refusal of Treatment
    We reserve the right to refuse to serve any client without reason. Clients who become verbally or physically aggressive towards any of our staff will be asked to leave and we may consider contacting the authorities.
  5. Arrival
    SBL encourages customers to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment. SBL reserves the right not to serve late customers.
  6. Cancellations and No-Shows
    Customers who are unable to attend their appointment must give at least 24 hours notice or they become liable for the full price of the treatment. SBL will charge a credit card on file or deduct a treatment from any pre purchased packages.
  7. Deposits
    For some services i.e. Slimming Treatments, SBL asks for a £20 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit. This is to cover initial costs prior to your arrival. If you are having on-going treatments then SBL will retain the deposit until your period of treatments come to an end, then the fee will be refunded. If you fail to show for a treatment and have not given sufficient notice, then SBL will retain the deposit indefinitely to cover the cost of preparing the room.
  8. Booking Amendments
    SBL are flexible and we understand that you sometimes have to change a booking. To amend a booking please call 0207 409 1025. Please note we do NOT accept same day booking amendments via email – this is because we consider booking amendments as a matter of urgency. Whilst email is useful, it should not be used for urgent communications.  We do allow you to change a booking once, after this time the full cost of the treatment will be incurred.
  9. Photo ID
    SBL requires customers to produce photo ID for the redemption of promotions, privileges and packages. We reserve the right to refuse redemption if photo ID cannot be produced.
  10. Refunds and Transfers
    SBL practice a strict non refundable and non transferable policy. All products, services and packages once sold are not refundable for cash, transferable to another individual/s or exchangeable for other products, services or treatment courses.
  11. Credit Packages
    Treatment and credit packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are strictly non-refundable.
  12. Loyalty Cards
    Customers must present their loyalty cards on the day of treatment.
    No loyalty card, no stamp.
    Loyalty stamps are non transferable to another card or person.
    Benefit of your 5th stamp is fixed and written on the loyalty card.
    First free treatment can be taken anytime between your 5th and 10th visit.
    Free treatment can only be taken between 11am and 6pm, Mon – Fri.
    SBL cannot take responsibility of your loyalty card.
    Loyalty stamps are for per visit, not per treatment.
  13. Health & Safety
    At SBL we take many measures to ensure your safety and well-being. However, SBL is not liable for any harm or loss whatsoever arising from the use of our products or services unless arising from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  14. If you are unhappy with the service you have received
    At SBL we pride ourselves on offering good service and at a competitive price. Sometimes things don’t work out as we would like them to, so if you are unhappy with the service you have received then you should raise your concerns immediately and give us the opportunity to rectify any issues. If you refuse to pay for a service you have received and you have not given us the opportunity to address any concerns you have, then we will recover our costs through the small claims court.
