If you fail to show for a treatment and have not given sufficient notice, then SBL will retain the deposit indefinitely to cover the cost of preparing the room.
- Booking Amendments
SBL are flexible and we understand that you sometimes have to change a booking. To amend a booking please call 0207 409 1025. Whilst email is useful, it should not be used for urgent communications. We do allow you to change a booking once, after this time the full cost of the treatment will be incurred.
